Some lucky people in our neighbourhood at this time of year have a glut of passionfruit, poor things! I was lucky enough to be the recipient of a bag of these beauties today and made this delicious smoothie. This is well worth a try if you happen upon a stash of delicious passionfruit.
1 cup of coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 large banana
8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
pulp of 6 Passionfruit or strawberry or blueberries
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender on nutribullet type thing and blast for a minute.
