Little treats for lunch boxes and after dinner sweetness don't need to be full of refined sugar and devoid of nutrients.
These little truffles, although still quite high in sugar, also contain protein and fat and will give you a longer lasting fuel supply.

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
