Healthy Caramel Fudge

I bet you didn't think there was such a thing as "healthy" Caramel Fudge, well there is! Sure it is a bit different, but I think it is delicious and a great way to have a treat that is nourishing, filling and good for you at the same time.


Tahini is packed with calcium which is fabulous for those of us who don' t eat dairy.


Super quick and easy to make, these little fudge cubes are the perfect thing for keeping in your freezer for when a sugar craving hits.

Healthy Caramel Fudge


Ingredients (makes 10-12 cubes)


  • 3/4 cup hulled tahini (softened) or nut butter

  • 3 tablespoons cacao butter or coconut butter

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup or 14 drops stevia

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt



  1. Gently heat the cacao butter and coconut oil in a saucepan on low.

  2. When melted add the remaining ingredients and whisk together.

  3. Pour into ice cube mould and place in the freezer to set.

  4. When set, tip the cubes from the mould and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
