Raspberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

 

  • 350 ml Almond and Coconut Milk (see recipe here)

  • 3/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 small beetroot, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 table spoon collagen powder (I use Great Lakes)

  • 4 drops stevia (optional)

  • 1 handful ice

 

Method

 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender, blend and serve.
