Turmeric Latte


Turmeric and Ginger Latte

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric fresh or ground

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon Great Lakes Collagen (optional) (find it here)

  • Pinch black pepper

  • 6 drops of stevia (find stevia here)

  • 1 cup hot water

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix, or alternatively if your blender doesn't cope well with hot stuff, heat on the stove and mix using a stick hand blender.

** you can mix this up ahead of time and take it to work, all you need to do then is heat it up. **
