Turmeric Latte

Turmeric and Ginger Latte
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon turmeric fresh or ground
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon Great Lakes Collagen (optional) (find it here)
Pinch black pepper
6 drops of stevia (find stevia here)
1 cup hot water
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix, or alternatively if your blender doesn't cope well with hot stuff, heat on the stove and mix using a stick hand blender.
** you can mix this up ahead of time and take it to work, all you need to do then is heat it up. **
